I do need help regarding this issue. My priority date is current since 10/01/09. But Nothing seems to move. I wonder if it's because my I 140 was filed in TSC but my 485 is filed in NSC. I sthis an issue. Attornies please reply!

You should take an InfoPass appointment and talk to an IO and get more details about whats holding up your case.

I too had the same problem. My 140 was in TSC and 485 at NSC. My attorney wrote a letter to NSC asking that the 140 files be moved from TSC to NSC. He got a garbage response back - made no sense. He then contacted our senator's office and they got the files transferred from TSC to NSC and then NSC adjudicated the 485 favorably within 2 weeks.
