H-1B transfer and cancellation timeline issue! Help!!!

I am a newbie as my name suggests. However, I am in a weird situation. Before, I go into the situation, let me give a little back ground.

I was working with company A, which filed for my H1-B visa. After working there for a few months, I got another job and the company i.e. company B is ready to file for a transfer. My visa transfer application is ready and am waiting for the LCA approval!

However, today my current employer i.e. company A told me that they will be firing me by November 30th as they have come to know of my new job with company B.

Now, I am a bit worried and will be greatly thankful if someone could clear by doubts.

Situation 1: My visa transfer application reaches USCIS by November 20th and my current employer (company A) cancels my visa 10 days after on November 30th. What will be the implications of cancellation on my status and how (if it will?) will it affect my visa transfer application?

Situation 2: My visa transfer applications reaches after November 30th or reaches on November 30th itself? What will be the implications then?

Which of the two aforementioned situations is safer for me?

Answers to these questions will be a huge favor!
