Adding my case as derivative to spouse

Hi Folks,

I filed for my GC and got EAD and I started working on that EAD.Can I add my case to my husband's new labor petition for GC just as backup to my case?

When I add my case to my husband's newly starting GC Petition,

will they ask my existing I140 A#?

Will they ask marriage cerrtificate?

You will not be asked to provide those information until and when you file I-485. At that time you will have to supply your A# if you have and your marriage certificate as proof of relationship.
