Soft lud on 140 and 485 after 140 rfe reply

I had recieved rfe on Ability to Pay which was replied and recieved by TSC on 06/04/2009 and then there was hard lud (reply recieved case resumed) on 06/04/2009 and soft lud on 140 on 06/05/2009. And today 06/26/2009 there was soft lud and my 140 and 485 and my wifes 485 also. I have heard that after 140 rfe reply if there is soft lud on 485 then it's most likely a denial. Is that true? Please share your experience.

In case of concurrent filing, USCIS is supposed to process 140 and 485 together. In that case it "can" be an approval on I-140 and pre-adjudication step on I-485.

Can someone share their experience please, whether recieving slud on both 140 and 485 after 140 rfe reply, please let me know if you had slud on both and had approval or denial.

I am in a same situation as you are. My attorney responded to the RFE on my 140 on 06/30 and I have received an LUD on 140 on 07/01 and then, I received concurrent soft LUDs on my 140 and 485 on 07/17. Could you please let me know what happened with your 140/485 after your LUDs on 06/26.
