For me

company 'a' and company 'b' are owned by same owners and they do same kind of business.
I have perm filed and approved i-140 under company 'a'.i am currently working on h1b visa with
company 'a'.

Now the owners are merging both companies and operate under company 'b'(they will use company 'b' tax id)

now i have following questions.

Do i need to file a new perm or i-140 or an amendment will work fine?
