My employer filed 7th year extension of my H1b and the receipt date is Aug 10. My current H1b expires Oct 12th.
Did anybody do 7th years extension recently? How much time it takes? Did anybody get 3 years extn with approved I-140?

Hi,
These days the when you try to file for H1 Extension you need to apply for LCA with DOL. And they the denial rate is high.. My employer filed for LCA and it is denied. Now we have sent the supporting documents reg FEIN Number etc..and still waiting for further info from DOL. May be a lawyer an provide more info reg this.. |
