Hi Seniors/Lawyer/Attorney please help me.

I am with company A and working for company A. I have a labor from company B, filled I140 and I485 in july and I140 approved. Now 485 is current , i didnt filed AC21. and company B empolyer revoked I140 and he didnt informed me. I came to know thru one of my friend.

Can someone please help me ---
1.can i apply AC21 now and how soon shuld i have to apply AC21
2.Is there any other options?

Please some one help me, i recenlty a week ago got layoff and my employer is asking me to give payroll taxes amount to run the payroll.

1.I have H1 from company A and have approved 140 and if payroll is not been run, employer A says that he is going to cancel H1. How can be fixed this issue?

2.I have EAD from company B and i have never used it.

3.How many months can i take vaction on H1 and live in US on status? or Can i run payroll after 60 days layoff?...
