H1 transfer denied

1) Applied for H1B etxtension with the company A in Aug 2008. Its got approved and I got I-94 which is valid until Aug-2011.
2) Applied for H1 Transfer from A to B in March 2009 and the transfer got denied in June 2009. But company A has already revoked my H1 in May 2009.
I would like to know what are the possible options.
Q1. Can I apply again apply for Transfer to C? if so how can I do it. If I have 60 days of prior payslips is it ok? morever mormally we wil get 30 days once H1 revoked? based on that we will get 30 days once its revoked. pls guide me.
