Folks, I am debating between buying an Dell vs. HP laptop.

Dell pros/cons
1. Has excellent customer service and warrantly.
2. About 20% more expensive than comparable HP models.

HP pros/cons
1. Its at a really great price point.
2. It has a lot of features
3. Lot of guys in Tech industry dont have a good opinion of their customer service...
