My H1B for extension has been denied.I have valid I-94 till Oct 30,2009. (I-140 is already approved with priority date Jan 2007).Here are few options Iam considering
1. Iam planning to apply for H1B transfer to two companies B and C simultaneouly and then decide to start working for one of the two companies. Can i apply for H1B transfer to two companies at the same time?
