Regarding Birth certificate

Hi,
I have an RFE for I-485 application to provide Birth certificate. My contact in India got birth certificate registered because of communication problem with him. instead of sending NABC(Non availability of Birth certificate). I now have late registered Birth certificate. Is it of any use?
