EAD Renewal E-file Denied - Please help

I filed I-765 thru efile and selected wrong Eligibility for my wife. I selected (c)(25). The online version was confusing. The USCIS already charged my credit card and sent an denial notice and Form I-290B, Notice of Appeal or Motion. But in the part 2 they have 6 check boxes. I am not sure which one I should select and what I need to send for proof and brief.

Basically my filed under EB2 and My I-485 is pending July 2007 feasta. The notice came from Vermont service centre. My I-485 moved to Nabraska from texas recently (about 6 months ago).

The Check boxes are below

A. I am filing an appeal. My brief and/ or additional evidence is attached.
B. I am filing an appeal. My brief and/ or additional evidence will be submitted to the AAO within 30 days.
C. I am filing an appeal. No Supplemental brief and/ or additional evidence will be submitted.
D. I am filing a motion to Reopen a decision. My brief and/ or additional evidence is attached.
E. I am filing a motion to reconsider a decition. My brief is attached.
F. I am filing a motion to Reopen and a motion to reconsider a decision. My brief and/ or additional evidence is attached.

Please help.
