Default Approved I-130 What next

Hello All,

I am on H4 visa and my parents have filed my I-130 last august, and now it was approved.
so what i have to do next???
My Parents are citizen and they put my file when they came here but after that i got married and my preference was change from F1 to F3 so is there any way that i can file for change of status while i am in USA.

please help me in this
