Default Finger Prints not on latest EAD , is this a name check issue ?

I am a July 2007 filer, so far i have never got finger prints on my EAD. First time i did not get a FP notice. I scheduled an info pass appointment and got my FP notice.. gave FP in Feb 2008. I got my first EAD in Oct 2007.

My latest EAD ( approved Jul 2010) does not have the finger prints on it. Last time I gave my FP was in June 2009 ( Notice sent by USCIS ). Is this something to worry? Is it related to NC ?
Should I check with USCIS ?

My PD is Dec 2006 - EB2 - India

-- Sorry if this type of questions were already asked. Though I posted my concern in the name check thread, I haven't seen any replies, so i wanted to ask an attorney.

Thanks Much !

It depends on how you applied for EAD meaning if you e-Filed, you get a finger print appointment and the EAD gets approved after the finger prints are completed. If you get an approval for an e-Filed EAD, the fingerprint will be on the card. However, If you did a paper based filing, the EAD card you get does not have a finger print on it. That is normal.

Almost all attorneys do the paper based filing. I have done all kinds of filings. I had it done with the company attorneys (paper based by attorney) , I did e-Filing myself and I did a paper based filing myself. Only when I e-Filed, I got a FP notice for EAD and the EAD card carried FP on it.
