Required qualificaiton for EB2 job

Hello,
If the required qualification for a job is Bachelors and 5 years of experience, can that job be classified as EB2 category job? I know that to meet the eb2 category requirements, the candidate can have Masters or Bachelors + 5 year experience. I have not been able to find a conclusive answer to this question. Thanks.
