Default GC with previously revoked I-140

Hi,

Please advise me in my current situation.

My previous employer (let's call them empA) filed for I-140 and I-485 for me. At the time I left empA, the following had happened.

- My I-140 had been approved.
- It had been 1 month since I had filed I-485 (I know ...should have waited for 6 months!)

When I left, the employer sent a cancellation for my I-140.

Now I work for empB who also filed for my I-140 and I-485 with the older priority date. I now had two I-485s pending.

Recently, the I-485 from empA got approved in July (despite the I-140 revocation and my leaving before 180 days of I-485 filing) and the I-485 got denied a few days ago (probably because of the earlier approval of I-485 but I don't know the reason yet).

Now my question is: do I have a reason to worry about my GC ever being revoked in the future because of the previous I-140 cancellation? What actions do you recommend?

Default Just enjoy your GC

Dont worry about the revocation. As long as you have the I-140 approval notice, you can challenge USCIS in court if they revoke your GC. It will surely be in your favor. Just enjoy man !

You have nothing to worry, because if 180 days have passed from the time you have filed your 485, revocation of i140 wont have impact in it. Unless it is a fraud. You can still enjoy your stay here.

180 days had not passed since the I-485 filing when my employer said they were sending the I-140 revocation. It was only 30 days since I-485 was filed.

The I-485 continued and I got a GC based on that this year. Now I am worried if this was a valid approval.

Or are you saying that if 180 days have passed since the filing of I-485, nothing can happen to the application (and it is in the green zone) no matter what?
