Dont worry about the revocation. As long as you have the I-140 approval notice, you can challenge USCIS in court if they revoke your GC. It will surely be in your favor. Just enjoy man !

You have nothing to worry, because if 180 days have passed from the time you have filed your 485, revocation of i140 wont have impact in it. Unless it is a fraud. You can still enjoy your stay here.

The I-485 continued and I got a GC based on that this year. Now I am worried if this was a valid approval. Or are you saying that if 180 days have passed since the filing of I-485, nothing can happen to the application (and it is in the green zone) no matter what? |
