have not used their services personally (went with company lawyers as my company paid all the fees for that) but they were very helpful in an initial consultation and my friend who did go with them recently got his GC.

BTW note that with the H1 filing date coming up, the next 2 weeks are going to be extremely busy for all law firms, and the month of April will be busy for USCIS (I had filed an H1 transfer in april 2 years ago, and the thing took a month even with premium processing simply because they took that long to even issue a receipt). Just a note to keep in mind if you are planning something in april timeframe.

I highly recommend KELLY WACHS.

She will talk to you at length to answer your questions and will do every possible thing to make sure that your paperwork gets submitted to USCIS without any ERRORS (if that is required). She is quick with email/phone calls and has great contacts (other immigration lawyers) when needed. She will suggest best possible for any given situation. I know of one case of my friend which she handeled (was complex) and got everything 'right' the first time. She was my lawyer back in Jul 07 but still helps me over email/phone.
