USA Citizenship and then return back to India
What happens if someone takes USA Citizenship and then return back to India -
Can he work in an Indian Company or do some buisiness ? Do they need Indian Work - Permit? Are there any specific guidelines and number of years limitations on Indian Work permit since the person is original Indian citizen? Is there any specific site where we can get some rules on Indian work permit?
