I dont think so ..You can file I 485 only if you are residing in USA...
First check if your I 140 was filed as CP or change of status ( it should be on your approval notice of I 140 ) . If its filed as CP then you are current you can contact the consulat where your I 140 was filed and they will probably schedule an interview for GC. If your I 140 says that you are filing as change of status then you need to get back to USA to file your I 485. Please contact a good attorney .. you are current and have every thing set dont messit up ... All the Best
