Default Greencard with 3 year Indian degree and 3 years GNIIT

I am currently working on H1B. I have 3 yrs bsc and 3 yrs GNIIT. I have been working in the States from 2001 (6 yrs) and 2009 till date. am I eligible for EB3/EB2 category. as per my Education Eval (done in 2001) I meet the criteria for an Associate Degree.
Will an education re-evaluation help me?

Yes, please get it re-evaluated from WES. Please see the following link. They have certain conditions for equating the Indian 3-yr degree to the U.S equaivalent.
