Step-son and Husband immigration

A US-citizen whose husband is an alien(non-US citizen) wants to bring him to the US as an immigrant, this husband has also an unmarried son under 21 from a passed away mother who wants also to immigrate with his father(the US-citizen's husband), what are the forms to be used and documents required for both the father and the son? and is the form different if the single son was older than 21 year-old?

I have tried form I-130 for my alien husband and the USCIS case check page showed that this application was approved and that it is in Post decision stage so what does this mean (post-decision) stage mean and what should I do accordingly?
