Default EB2 qualification question

Hi,
I have a priority date of Feb'2006 with EB3 on my GC process, which got stalled since I had to leave my employer before 180 days of filing for I-485 (I-140 was already approved - so both were not filed simultaneously).

However I am also currently a beneficiary on my spouse's GC process whose priority date is July' 2006, with EB3. Currently I am working on EAD based on my spouse's GC process.

I am exploring the possibility of starting fresh with my own GC process with EB2, using my priority date of Feb'2006. I have a 3 year bachelor's degree in Science (Math, Physics & Electronics) from India, plus a 1 year fulltime attendance for a Graduate Diploma in Computer Science (5 fulltime courses completed) at a university in Australia, but no Diploma (I do have a certificate & marks card for the courses completed). Also I have a 1 year part-time Diploma in Computer Science from a non-university (Aptech Computer Education) in India prior to that. For work experience, I have 14 years of verifiable experience as an Oracle Developer & DBA in both Canada & USA for some major corporations.
Would the above be sufficient for the purposes of qualifying for EB2?

Any ideas, inputs & opinions are welcome.

Thanks & Regards,
- a GC seeker.
