Default Divorced overstay visa and marry us.citizen

I'm overstayed visa and my current wife overstayed visa with 2 children US Citizen. We have uneasy relationship during past 2 years and going to file divorce along with paying child support. I have us.citizen girlfriend and I will marry her after divorce. She will file all paperwork for me to receive legal status residency. Will Immigration officer will think it's marriage fraud even I can show them divorce paper ? I noticed in form I-130 that I need to declare my ex-wife name and worry that immigration will deport her after find out she is out of status. Do you think it will be happen ? Thanks.
