Default Route to file AOS

I have an I-140 in hand (EB3) and my PD is still far away

Suppose I go ahead and anyway file the I-485, what will happen?

Suppose that application is rejected, will I be placed in removal proceedings?

Will my GC application process come to a stop there? What are the scenarios?

Suppose I am placed in removal proceedings, what is the likelyhood of the Judge cancelling the removal proceedings

If and when the judge cancels the removal, can I then file for AOS even though my PD is not current?

What are you talking about?? You can't file for I-485 until your PD is current. So, what is the point in filing it "anyways"? The mailroom at USCIS will reject it saying "it is not time yet".

Why would they place you on removal proceedings? Did you commit a felony or are you here illegally? Not quite understanding your approach and the reason behind it. Care to explain the logic in detail?

Dear friend, as far as I know people sitting in mailrooms don't open mails, and far less likely to communicate decisions
Application comes in, it goes at some point of time to adjudicator.. whoever that is, and once something enters in system there must be some outcome.. the application has to change status.. too bad if it is sent back, but I didn't feel it will be sent back...
