Post Transfer of H1B exempt visa to H1B non-exempt visa
Hi,

I am currently working at non-profit institution and have a exempt H1B visa. I have recently got a job in a for-profit company. I would like to know what are the possible ways to transfer H1B from my current company (non-profit research institute and cap exempt) to a company (for-profit, cap-subject). I am aware that one of the ways is to file for an H1B under the cap quota by the company but the H1B cap got over last week.

1. I am interested to know if I could transfer my exempt H1B visa from current employer to a non-exempt H1B company visa.

2. What are rules for having a concurrent H1B visa ?

3. Suppose, I am working for my current non-profit employer and do not resign until my H1B gets transferred. But for some reason, my petition for H1B transfer to for-profit company gets rejected, I would like to know if my H1B visa (exempt) will become invalid or not even though, I have not resigned my job ?

Default H1 b visa transfer
i have few questions about my H1 b visa transfer .

i had valid approved petition on may 2007. i used the H1b visa in USA for 2 years then i returned back to india for 1.5 years. Now i came to USA with another L1 visa.

Suppose if i want to use the existing H1 b visa means ? what is the process?

Some one could help on this.. because this year h1 B quoto already over.

I also have same question how can H1B from on- profit will get transferred into regular H1B?
