I am not sure about first two options. The option 3 and 4 are doable, but not sure for option 3, we need to file amendment or just send a request to port the date. if your EB2 I140 case is straight forward ( I mean if you have 4 years bachelor degree or U.S. Master degree) then go for option 3. If not then go for option 4. This is just my take. The best and safest bet is to consult a reputed immigration attorney and discuss further about pros and cons for each option. |
