Earlier EB3 PD does not appear on new approved EB2 I140

I had an EB3 I140 approved with PD in June 09, I recently got EB2 I140 approved but approval notice shows newer PD of Feb 2012 instead of earlier PD of June 09 although we requested porting of date while filing new I-140. My question is how can I get PD of earlier approved EB3 I140 onto my newer I140 approval notice. I have thought of below options:

1) As New I140 was applied in premium, attorney calls USCIS and request the correction on hotline number

2) Take an Infopass appointment to get the date corrected on new approval notice

3) Apply for I140 amendment

4) Don't worry about it now and request USCIS to port the date while filing I485 when older PD becomes current

Which option should I go for?

I am not sure about first two options. The option 3 and 4 are doable, but not sure for option 3, we need to file amendment or just send a request to port the date. if your EB2 I140 case is straight forward ( I mean if you have 4 years bachelor degree or U.S. Master degree) then go for option 3. If not then go for option 4. This is just my take.

The best and safest bet is to consult a reputed immigration attorney and discuss further about pros and cons for each option.
