Hello,
I would like to ask you regarding Eb 2 category. If my employer will sponsor my green card in this category than can I work with them after getting I -140 form approval if I don't have any other status (no F1 or H1 b)? it will take how long time to get approval of this form after application? when can I change my company?
what about travelling can I visit India anytime after I -140 form approval?
