Question Lost?

Where do I go to apply for my wife's visa? I am a US citizen. I came to China to meet my wife's family and get married. We had a big wedding and it went great. I want to take my wife home with me. Is there a US consulate or some one I can talk to here in China about getting my wife a Visa or do I have to go back to the states first. Also my mother is very ill and will probably die soon and I want her to meet my wife in person before She dies. I have documents stating my mother's health, Lots of pictures of our travels together and with her family together with us. Is there a way for me to get my wife home with me and where do I go in China. I am in Shenyang now. I only have a couple more weeks I can stay.
