I-130 and I-485 Concurrently

I am a US Citizen.My father is here in vistor visa for more than 60 days.I am trying to apply I-130 and I-485 Concurrently.I have a few question regarding this,,

1)He been here for 62 days as of today.Should I wait for 90 days for filing i130 and i-485
concurrently.
2)I read that since there is no fees for i-765 work authorization form if applying cuncurrently those two forms,can i apply that i-765 together with those forms.
3)iF SO,WHAT is the timeframe for his i-765 to get approved,,I heard he could get work permit while the case is still pending.

1. Wait for 90 days before filing just to be safe even though that does not apply to relatives of U.S citizens.
2. Yes, you can apply for his I-765 (also apply for his I-131 advance parole for travel purposes).
3. I-765 takes about 90 days give or take. Please search the forum for timelines for these applications (or you can goto USCIS Home Page)

You can see the instructions for I-485 to confirm. As far as I know, your understanding is correct or, you can call USCIS customer service to clarify this. Their number is on their website USCIS Home Page
