When Client B files for H1B transfer, they will need your most recent paychecks from Client A. As long as you have those and if there are no other legal issues as suggested by itsmeusa, your H1B transfer should happen smoothly. Looks like you are on good terms with Client B, so I would suggest that you ask them to consult an immigration attorney __before__ accepting the full time offer, and have the attorney review the paperwork for filing the H1B transfer.

Thanks for the reply.
Though my H1b was filed with client A's offer letter i never joined them and joined client B directly and the paychecks from my employer do not have have any client name ,it only has the employer name.Only place where the client A is mentioned is in the LCA when they filed the H1B for me. |
