Default PERM job desc

Hi attorneys,
My company is preparing to apply PERM in EB2.

My current role is Software Engineer on H1B.The requirement for this position was BS + 2 years exp. They are planning to apply PERM for a future position Senior software analyst( BS+5 years or MS +1 year).I already have BS + 6 years experience before joining this employer.

Question:
My current H1B responsibilities and PERM (future job) responsibilities are the same even though the title is different. Will USCIS question why the job desc is same when the
degree and exp requirements are different between H1B and PERM?

Thanks a lot.
