My second though, who is the primary. You or your husband and if the primary is you, then it would not matter much.

Good Luck.

I'm the H-1B holder, while my husband on H4. :-)

Did you know that Aman Kapoor the founder of IV has contributed $64000 of his personal money towards the efforts of IV? Yes that is correct Sixty Four Thousand USD. http://www.businessweek.com/bwdaily/...eek+exclusives
I was dumbfounded when I first found this out. The man must have real conviction, courage and belief in himself and this effort to do such a selfless act and I am not even talking about the hours and hours of time, mental energy, physical stress and emotional capital he must have invested into OUR effort and I am not talking about all that because that is immeasurable and there is not much we can do to repay all that back but there is something we can do.
Please take out your wallet and repay IV core members who have contributed selflessly to OUR cause.
Every one of us has benefited in some way or the other because of our association to IV and who do we have to thank but the core team who have put so much on the line for OUR cause.
Please join in this effort to reimburse the expenses incurred by IV core to fight for OUR cause. Join http://immigrationvoice.org/forum/sh...ad.php?t=10708 (Reimburse past expenses to Aman & other IV Core members)

Thanks a lot for your taking your time to respond my questions. It's risky, but worth trying.....

Friend,

As our other friend "dilvahabilyeha" said try to emergency at Delhi consulate, they are normally cool.

You might find some people who would help you in this.

Good Luck to you and God bless you, my wishes with you.

Default Ead/ap

Hi,
I have a query. Would appreciate if someone could clarify it..
My wife has to travel to India for some unavoidable reason. She will not be in US in Oct, Nov and Dec. If I file her EAD/ AP and it comes while she is not in the country, will it get rejected.

If any of you have informationa bout it, please let me know. Thanks

Infact I have read some where even your paystubs will do, but it is always better to be on the safe side so get the EVL from your employer and send it to attorney else you can wait for RFE and then send it. Good luck to you.

Default G-325

My attorney says that it is enough to submit only the first page of G-325 (it has 4 similar pages addressed differently at the bottom) and she is planning to mail out with only that page. Do anyone know if it is ok? I asked her to submit all 4, but she insists on only the first page. Please advise. Thanks.

Friend,

I have filled G-325 A instead of G 325 and on the bottom of each page is different, probably for different reasons and this is what I have noticed.

Page 1 is (1) Ident.
Page 2 is (2)Rec. Br.
Page 3 is (3) C.
Page 4 is (4) Consulate

I believe attorneys know more than us, but these are my observations. Good Luck.

Default Receipt of 485-package

Guys

When they say Aug 17th is the last date of filing 485, are they referring to the date of receipt of the 485 package?

Let's say in worst case, some one sends the 485/ead/ap package and it reaches the service centre on Aug 17th friday at 4.45 pm ( just before 5pm official closing time?)

Is that still ok ?

The reason why I am asking is I am stuck abroad and I am not sure when I will be in US to apply the 485.

Thanks
