RFE Received on Pending 485 - Will previous attorney get it

Hello i am in a tricky situation. My priority date is 2004 Aug 04, but my employer never gave me 1-140 approval or labor certification. The firm's attorney is a partner of the firm itself which i was unaware. He send me an I140 doc with the receipt no erased after i pestered him constantly but eventually i had to flee to firm because they tried to put the immigration papers on the line and tried to put my wife out of status to force me to their terms.Fortunately the attorney wasn't intelligent enough to mask the barcode and i ran the barcode image through a barcode reader and got the receipt no.

My wife was on H4 and they informed me they have extended my H1 withou actually doing it and never gave me any sort of papers to prove it . I was forced to request the help of a relative and get a company started and move to that firm using my ead.
I got an email alert on RFE issued on the 485 petition. It's been close to 5 days and i haven't got the RFE notice. All of these things happened so sudden that i couldn't file the G-28 and AC21 yet. I suppose the RFE is for medical checkup as i hadn't submitted that originally. I want to know two things, will USCIS send a copy of the RFE to me? If not what are my alternatives. This attorney would not help me at all and i am scared. My wife returned to India as i had to use the EAD.The priority date is what they verbally confirmed to me as they never gave me any docs on the entire process.
