Default Re-Entry on AP

I would like to have a clarification/advice from you ASAP.
I filed I – 485 for my daughter in July 2007, my priority date is Feb.2003, EB 3 category and she has crossed 21 years in Oct.2009.
She is studying in India and am planning to bring her to USA in December 2009.
She has the following documents.

1. SSN number
2. EAD card valid for 2 years and
3. Advance parole valid till June 2009
Can I bring her to USA without any issues at port of entry with immigration authorities on AP?
