You have to wait at least a few months before sponsoring your family members - i am not sure if it is a rule, but it just makes common sense.
You need to fill out form I 134 Employment letter, that says whether your job is permanent or temporary, salary info Pay stubs, at least 3-4 Bank letter - that tells when you opened the acct, present balance, average balance for the past year (which is going to be difficult for you) Bank statements for the past 6 months - which again is going to be impossible for you currently Invitation letter Relationship documents/proofs In my opinion, 4 days is way to unrealistic to sponsor for visitors visa. Don't waste money and time when the high probability of this will result in a denial. |
