Please contact attorney for answers as per today's legal practices. Here are my views
1. If my visa transfer get denied with company B, is my current H1 visa will still valid for with company A? It's valid..You can continue working with Company A even after it's denial.unless you joined with the company B while the decision is pending before that denial. ( receipt is sufficient to join with company while it's petition is pending ) 2. I have been in US from march 2006 and never left the country till now, on paper my H1 visa expire on March 2011(6year), do I still have 1 year as un-used time which I can claim? Yes.. you can get that one year when you do your H1 transfer to another company or with your current H1 extension ..in other cases , you can recapture the lost period if you are outside of the country with out using the time of H1 in your six year H1 period. Attorney can guide in such cases but it's not your case. Quote:
