Default reg:New iCert System for LCA Processing time

Anybody filed LCA using new iCert System implemented from July1st,it has been 8 business days completed so far in my case and status says "processing".

Appreciate valuable feedback from anybody who have done this from July 1st onwards.

Yes , I did file for New LCA using iCERT on 7/14. still awaiting . BTW when did u file ? Please let me know if u hear anything . I will do so .

When do we need to use this new system...
1.When we change employer on H1B
2.When we apply for extention with the same employer
3.Both

I know for sure this for changing employer ,dont know if its needed for extension with same employer.

Default Every time you need LCA
Here is what I know about this.

1) iCert is for getting LCA

2) New LCA is needed when ever we apply for H1B either new application or transfer or extension

3) Also if your employer wants to place you in different location(State) than originally mentioned in LCA, he should first obtain new LCA (through iCert) for new location then only u can move to new location.

Needed for filing any type of H-1b case. The old LCA system can no longer be used.
