F1 visa stamping in Canada

Hi,
Currently I am living in Houston, TX, on F1 Visa status. I converted my H4 visa into F1 in USA. I already done my two previous F2 and H4 visa stamping in Mumbai US consulate. I am planning to visit Canada on F1 visa, so can I able to do F1 Visa stamp in Canada? Or I have to do F1 visa stamp in my home country (India)? Could you please guide me.

Appreciate your help.
