Why and how
 Can you share your visa transfer experience as i'm thinking to do the same for my spouse. The questions i have are:1. Which application did you fill out to change from H4 to F1 2. Was the change done while you were in the US or outside of US 3. Did you have to go out of US to get it stamped in the passport 4. Will you get an I-20 for the transfer 5. Why did you change to F1 since as an H4 you pay residential tution fee and as an F1 you pay more than double as an international student?? Thanks.
