Unhappy Can I-134 for already approved visitor Visa be revoked?

My cousins are in the process of getting separated and the parents of the girl(Wife) are in the US currently on a visitor visa that they got using the documents from the boy(Husband). Now the husband thinks that they(in-laws) are no longer his responsibility, so wants to file a withdrawal of support (I-134) so he wont get into any trouble with them... is that even possible?

If the husband wants to withdraw support, can the wife (who is working on h1b) submit a new I-134 or is that even necessary now that the parents have a valid visa and are staying here legally and plan to return before their I-94 expires... Also, during the separation, the wife and her parents moved out of the house (the couple own it) and living in an apartment temporarily.. should they file AR-11 (address change) even though their current move is temporary and have only used temporary address forwarding with USPS... and is there a need to file AR-11 for the visiting parents?

Sorry for so many questions but they are already going thru a lot, emotionally, and are now worried about legality of the visiting parents' stay. Any help is highly appreciated.
