Default H1B stamping for employer change

Hello all!

I used to work for Employer A and got my H1B renewal stamping done in Dec 2010 and have a valid visa stamp in my passport good until Sept 2013. I changed to Employer B (both full time) in May 2011. Do I need to get my visa stamped for rentry or am I good to carry my new I-797?

Please advice.
