Default Multiple I94s, need help understanding which to use

Here is my story.

Worked for company A from Dec 2009 to Nov 2011 (I94 stamped upto Sep, 2012)

Joined a new company B in Dec 2011 and applied for H1B extension
Picked up a job offer with company C in March 2012 and applied H1B extension from that company

On April 18th, got approval for company C with I94 valid until 4/8/2015
On April 25th, got approval for company B with I94 valid until 4/24/2014

Friday, April 27th (tomorrow) is my last day at Company B and am joining company C on Monday.

My confusion is I now have 2 I94s, company C one which is good until April 2015 and company B one which is good until April 2014 but is newer than the other one.

Can you guys please help me in understanding which I94 should I be using Company B or Company C?

Your very recent I 94 should be taken into consideration. Take advice from an Immigration Attorney.

The problem here would be that once I leave this employer tomorrow, they will cancel my H1B

Can I still use the I94?

Additional info: All 3 I94s have the same number, just different dates. Can i call USCIS to find out or is there somewhere I can check I94 status?

I think still the latest I-94 expiry date applies 04/24/2014,
But Once Company B cancels H1, Then you should be back to 04/08/2015..

Anyhow this is grey area,,whatever your company attorney says or anyone says..
If I were you..I will surely travel outside US before 04/24/2014..and come back using Company C, H1 stamp. (If at all if your are with company C till that time)

Thanks Kishore,

This makes perfect sense. I am looking to take a trip to India this July so I should be all set then.
