Your very recent I 94 should be taken into consideration. Take advice from an Immigration Attorney.

Additional info: All 3 I94s have the same number, just different dates. Can i call USCIS to find out or is there somewhere I can check I94 status?

I think still the latest I-94 expiry date applies 04/24/2014,
But Once Company B cancels H1, Then you should be back to 04/08/2015.. Anyhow this is grey area,,whatever your company attorney says or anyone says.. If I were you..I will surely travel outside US before 04/24/2014..and come back using Company C, H1 stamp. (If at all if your are with company C till that time)
