I got 221g green at chennai .

I went for h1 visa interview on 7th may 2012. Visa officer asked about my company, client, education, experience, Past US work experience(Since I already travelled and worked their on another type visa). after that he given me 221g green saying that my salary is an entry level salary. And told me that no need to come again for the interview but your company has to submit the new LCA with revised salary.

So my question is
1.) what will be the next step.
2.) whether i have to submit the passport with 221g green form and LCA? (not mentioned any thing on the 221g form abt the submission of passport)
3.) what is the process to get new LCA? and how long it takes.
4.) Whether I have to ammend the I129 and Petition also(I am not sure on this and he did not asked for it also, But same salary is reflected everywhere(I129 and Petition )).

I am sorry if I sound like a paranoid but did you hear the words 'entry level' correctly, any chance that the VO said below entry level or something similar?

No, He didnt said the word 'entry level'. But he said that the salary what offered to me is beolw than my education, experience and job responsibilities. So I need to revise my LCA. The salary mentioned in my LCA is Level 1(entry level) salary.
