Basically, the RFE I received is requesting proof that my position require
4-year degree or higher. There are 5 pages in the RFE, including the cover page. My lawyer is analyzing and researching what needs to be submitted. She will let me know what evidence I need to gather ASAP. Reading the lengthy RFE, I feel I am blessed that I can (barely) afford a lawyer to handle it. I'm in the hospitality industry; working in one man office. Obviously, I have enormous amount of responsiblities; sales, marketing, PR, reservation, translation between English and Japanese...to name few. While this is not the first time I received RFE, I am nervous. My lawyer received RFEs for 4 other clients; the RFEs are identically the same except for names, job titles and case numbers. She said that the RFEs seems to be printed out of "boiler plate." I would appreciate your thought on this matter. Thank you in advance. |
