Any issues with H1-B approval after withdrawl of application on B1?

Last year due to some confusion and misunderstanding I had to withdraw application when I went to US on B1. They asked me to return back and file for an H1. This year I want to file for an H1. Will there be any issues with H1 approval because of the issue with previous B1. Anything that I need to be careful about?
