What is feasible H1 or F1 from Australia to USA.

Hello All,

Does anyone knows anybody who has ever applied from Australia to USA on H1 or F1 or Visitor Visa. I have this question, as I am located in USA and my fiance is in Australia who is on Temporary residence and we both are looking for an option to get her over here to USA.

PS. I am on H1B but haven't gone for stamping yet so H4 option is not considerable at this moment. In the meanwhile, if i go for stamping then obviously H4 will be our choice.
