221gReaffirm is on a distinguished road
Default My H1B Extn case is sent back USCIS for reaffirmation. What are all my options now

Case type: H1b extension(Expiry date: Sep 2013)
Visa Counsulate: chennai(may 2012)
Employment Type:EC model

interview ended with 221g to submit documents(contract between Employer and Client).

Doc Submited: june end along with passport
Response from Counsulate:-(mid july) Received passport without stamp with another 221g(AAP).
2nd Response from Counsulate:-August End(received Refusal letter and case sent back to USCIS).

on jan 1st week case updated on USCIS(received case)
on march 1st week USCIS sent RFE to employer to submit (contract between Employer and Client).
Doc Submited in march.

Status: Waiting for response since march

Can my employer file a new H1B petition?

Your timelines are confusing. nonetheless find a new employer to file a new h1b petition. i don't think you would the current stamping issue resolved with the current employer.

Take a letter from client and employer with current date and attend the interview again.
