Default Which route should I take - H4-H1 or H4-F1-H1

Hi,

I am currently on H4 and my husband is on H1 and his GC is filed in EB3, so we are not expecting our GC for next 8 yrs. We do not want to change his job as its E-C model and he is doing good in that.

I already have masters from prestigious UK university and 7 yrs of work experience at manager level in India in ITES industry. I also have PMP certification.

I couldn't find any consultant this year to file for my H1 and now quota is over.
I have heard that you get RFEs and denials for H4 to H1 transfer.

Do you recommend me taking H4 to F1 route and then apply for H1 or take risk in applying for H1 directly.

Please help as I don't want to miss Fall deadline for applying if I have to go F1 way.

there are pros and cons of changing to F1 first you still need to file a change of status which might trigger a REF. Once you change to F1 you will have to pay international Tuition which is considerably very High .
You can still study on H4..and lot of universities will give you instate tuition when you are on H4.
