Default Advance parole while Multiple vise expired

Hello everybody!

I have a question regarding my Advance parole (AOS is pending). Can I use my advance parole to re-enter USA while my multiple vise expired? I have H4 visa. Do I need to apply for a new visa in my country to go back in USA?

Thanks.

Advance parole can be used for re-entry without requiring any other visa. Just make sure your I-485 remains pending while you re-enter using AP..No need for a new visa...

Thank you roseball. I am going to use this AP for the first time, that is why don't feel confident.

By the way, what did you mean writting about I-485? It is pending, that is why I use this AP, not a Green card. Or...?
