H1 laid off

I got laid off last month. I have decided to go back to India.
In my termination letter, it says
"we ask you to provide us with a USCIS deportation order so that we can fulfill any remaining obligations"

I was planning to ask for the flight expenses from employer.

Is there a deportaion order we have to get from USCIS before leaving.

Please let me know if you know the answer
